Return and Exchange Policy

• If you would like to exchange a product, you may contact us at 0331 3595111 along with your order number. The customer service team has to be notified within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting sources or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange request will only be catered if a product is defected or a wrong product has been delivered.
• Western wear does not offer refunds, except in case of prepayments where an item is either out-of-stock, wrong product has been delivered or the product has any kind of manufacturing defect.
• In case of prepaid orders, refund for the defected product will be processed after the product has been returned to Western Wear. Refund may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account from the time we have received the product.

Size Exchange Policy

• In case you are dissatisfied with the size you purchased online or the product delivered does not match the size ordered, you are required to return the product to Western Wear by reaching out to us at 0331 3595111 within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Product must be in its original condition and packaging; unworn and unused with the price label, hangtag and care label attached.

How to apply for exchange?

• In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to opt for a replacement, you are required to return the product to Western Wear by contacting us at 0331 3595111. You must share the order details, reason for exchange and photographic evidence of the product within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Product must be in its original condition and packaging with the tags intact.
• Your request will be processed once the claim is verified and approved by our customer support team. You will then be required to send the parcel back to us at the address mentioned below: Shop no 57, Royal icon, Block 13D-3 Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, 75300
• In case of dislike, the cost of returning the item to Western Wear will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Timeline

• We aim to process all claims within 7-10 working days from the date we have received the returned item.
• During peak days, please expect up to 15 working days for the claim to be processed.

Order Cancellation

• Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Western Wear reserves the right to cancel orders for certain reasons, which may include; unavailability of products or payment is declined.
